Our Rules in Plain English
A human-readable version of the core rules and expectations
The Short Version
This platform is for adults. Use it responsibly, do not post illegal or abusive content, do not try to scam people, and do not expect the platform to ignore behavior that creates risk for other users or for the site itself.
You are responsible for what you upload, what you post, and what happens through your account. We are responsible for running the platform and enforcing the rules when needed.
What We Expect From You
- Use the platform only if you are 18 or older
- Keep control of your account and your login details
- Do not upload illegal content or dangerous files
- Do not impersonate people, run fraud, or abuse access
- Do not try to bypass platform controls in bad faith
If you are posting or uploading something, assume you are the person responsible for it. That includes its legality, its accuracy, and the consequences of putting it on the platform.
What We Do and Do Not Promise
We try to keep the platform reachable, useful, and enforceable. That does not mean we promise perfect uptime, perfect moderation, or permanent availability of any file, post, feature, or account.
Some content on the platform comes from users, not from us. We can act on reports, run checks, and remove things when needed, but that does not mean every piece of user content is pre-approved or reviewed in advance.
If we need to remove content, lock an account, or limit access to protect the platform, other users, or our legal position, we can do that.
How Enforcement Works Here
If something creates legal risk, abuse risk, fraud risk, malware risk, or moderation problems, we may step in. That can mean warnings, content removal, access limits, or permanent bans.
Not every enforcement action comes with a debate, a detailed explanation, or an appeal. Sometimes the safest move for the platform is to act first and keep moving.
This does not mean we act randomly. It means the platform keeps the final say on platform access and platform safety.
Paid Features in Plain English
Paying for a membership gives you access to the benefits listed for that tier. It does not buy ownership of the platform, immunity from moderation, or a guarantee that every piece of content you like will stay online forever.
If a paid feature is limited, changed, removed, or affected by enforcement, the detailed rules are controlled by the Terms and the Refund Policy, not by assumptions.
Where To Go Next
If you want the full legal version, read the Terms of Service. If you want to know how data is handled, read the Privacy Policy. If you paid for something, read the Refund Policy. If you are reporting copyright issues, read the DMCA Policy. If you want the behavior rules, read the Guidelines.
