dbx.st is the mirror domain for the platform. It exists so people can still reach the site when the main address is blocked, slow, or temporarily unavailable.

This page explains the basic rules of using the site. It covers what kind of place this is, what we expect from users, and what we can do when someone breaks the rules.

If you keep using the platform, we treat that as agreement to these terms and the related policies linked on this page.

This is an adult-only platform. You are responsible for your own account, your own posts, and your own uploads.

Do not use the site to post illegal content, scam people, spread malware, dodge enforcement, or create problems for other users.

We can remove content, limit features, or ban accounts when needed. Some parts of the site are user-generated, so we do not personally approve everything that appears on it.

If you pay for premium features, you are paying for access to those features, not for a guarantee that any specific post, file, or account will stay up forever.

This is an adult-only platform. When you enter or use this platform, you agree that you are at least 18 years old. No minors allowed.

While we do not check ages, we are not bound by law to do so unless compelled by law.

We may ask for proof of age at any time. If we cannot verify that you are 18+ (or if we think you might be under 18), we may permanently ban you.

Imagine us as a passive host. We don't actively monitor most of the content carried by the service, although we may employ tools and/or occasional manual review to enforce these Terms.

We don't go out of our way to solicit or promote content of any particular kind.

To the extent permitted by law, including 47 U.S.C. Section 230, DarkBlox is not the publisher or speaker of content provided by users and posted by a third party.

We may remove or otherwise limit content for any reason, and this doesn't make us the publisher.

You're responsible for your own content and what you post, upload, or share, and for the consequences of your actions. We don't endorse your content and aren't responsible for it.

You are fully responsible for all actions taken through your account. You are ultimately responsible for all actions taken using your account and login information.

You are solely responsible for the security and secrecy of your login information. If you are sharing a computer with others, make sure you log out when you are done.

We may require one person to have one account. We may do this however we want.

• You do not have to use your real name to participate.
• Your username and posts do not relate to your real-life identity.
• IP addresses are not displayed.

The use of VPNs, proxy servers, Tor, or any other technologies designed to mask, obfuscate, or anonymize network connections is permitted strictly and exclusively when such access methods are private and non-shared.

Explicitly Allowed:

• Private VPNs owned or fully controlled by a single individual or organization
• Dedicated, non-shared proxy servers
• Private, non-public Tor configurations (including private bridges)

Explicitly Prohibited:

• Any public, shared, or commercial VPN services
• Any proxy servers accessible to multiple unrelated users
• Public Tor exit nodes or commonly used Tor infrastructure
• Any anonymization or connection-masking service not exclusively private

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether an access method is considered private or shared.

We employ automated and manual enforcement mechanisms. We do not guarantee their accuracy and are not obligated to disclose detection logic, evidence, or decisions.

This policy exists to prevent abuse, fraud, enforcement evasion, and circumvention of controls.

False positives may occur. We offer no guarantee of appeal, review, correction, explanation, or reinstatement.

Any violation, suspected violation, or attempt to bypass this policy may result in immediate and permanent account termination, without notice. Explanations may not be provided.

We can remove content, limit features, suspend, or permanently ban your account at any time, for any reason, or for no reason, without warning.

Our enforcement decisions are final, so there's no need for us to give a reason for them. There's no guarantee you can appeal, and you might not be allowed to appeal. Our enforcement decisions don't set a precedent.

We can delete content or accounts at any time, so you need to keep your own backup of your content. We are not responsible for your data or content loss.

We are a service provider as defined in the DMCA (17 U.S.C. Section 512). We may terminate or take down content based on copyright infringement notices or to maintain our safe harbor status. We have a policy of terminating repeat infringers.

We may retain and review account information and content to comply with applicable laws, legal process, and legal requests, as well as to protect our users, the public, and our own legal rights.

You should not use the Platform if you are subject to any sanctions list or in an embargoed region or for or on behalf of a prohibited entity.

We may request verification of identity if required by law.

Any verification information may be subject to review and retention for as long as is necessary to comply with applicable laws.

Disputes are resolved in accordance with United States federal law and California state law.

Any claims must be brought in a California state or federal court, unless the law specifies otherwise.

Any claims must be brought as an individual action. Class action claims, collective action claims, and similar claims are not permitted.

Both parties waive the right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" - use it at your own risk.

We may modify or discontinue the Platform or any feature without notice and are not liable for any modifications or discontinuations.

No guarantees regarding availability, security, or accuracy of the Platform or its features. Some content may be off-putting or even disturbing.

If any term in this Agreement is held to be unenforceable by a court of law, the unenforceability of such term does not affect the enforceability of the other terms.

We may also limit or terminate any user's ability to use the Platform in our sole discretion to avoid legal or regulatory problems.

These Terms and the policies above constitute the entire agreement between you and DarkBlox regarding the use of the Platform.

We are not liable for any special or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the larger of $50 or the last 12 months' membership fees.

You are required to indemnify us for any damages or expenses resulting from your use of the Platform.

Any disagreement that may arise about this agreement, the platform, or your use of our services will be settled exclusively through binding arbitration in California. This arbitration is conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, with one arbitrator.

There is no class, collective, or representative action allowed. You waive your right to a jury trial.

The arbitrator is responsible for determining whether there is a disagreement that needs to go to arbitration under this agreement.

Any claims not filed within one year of the date of the disagreement are permanently waived.

You have the right to file an individual case in small claims court or obtain injunctive relief to stop abuse, security issues, or intellectual property infringement.

This agreement applies even if your account is terminated or you have ceased using our services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To report CSAM, credible threats, or terrorism-related content, contact admin@darkblox.net and appropriate law enforcement (including the NCMEC CyberTipline in the U.S.).

For copyright complaints, follow the DMCA Policy. All copyright claims must comply with the notice requirements described in that policy.

Those documents are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Service by reference.

Community Guidelines are rules for users. They do not create any duty for us to monitor, pre-screen, or review content.

Failure to enforce rules in one case does not waive our right to enforce them later.

If you pay for any feature or service, payment does not guarantee that any specific content, user, or thread will stay available.

Paid features are provided on a best-effort basis only.

We may refuse service to anyone at any time, and refunds (if any) are governed by the Refund Policy linked above.

BY CLICKING "I AGREE," CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR OTHERWISE USING THE DARKBLOX.NET PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT;
• YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN;
• YOU HAVE THE LEGAL CAPACITY AND AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT;
